Hi there! I am currently seeking housemates in Algester.(Girl is preferred)
The house is a 00' style wood and cement render on a 480 m² block, with plenty of space in the backyard and entertainment areas. There is one room for rent in a quiet street.
The bedroom with shared bathrooms. The room is $200/week each. The bedroom is a new plank-floored room with lots of privacy and a built-in wardrobe. The room is generally quite cool, even on hot days, with main living areas and a kitchen. The kitchen has a French Door Fridge, microwave,kettle etc. The backyard is grassed, fully fenced, and concrete with a covered patio that looks out over the yard. The laundry has a washing machine an undercover clothesline on the patio.

Location:
The house is a 23-minute drive from the city. There are several gyms within a 2km radius IGA, and an Asian supermarket, all nearby in different directions. Local cafes and parks. 10-15mins from Sunnybank, Sunnybank Hill, or Browns Plains shopping centers, either way. Plenty of public transport. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to bus stops 132, 130, and 135, which provide direct access to City, QUT, GU, Sunnybank, etc., for easy travel. The area is lovely: quiet families, multiculturalism, and schools. The neighbors are very quiet. Lovely people. There are indoor parking lots with two parking spaces, and you can park in the driveway.
