Large, sunny old 3 bedroom 1 bathroom 2 toilets house is warm in winter and cool in summer with killer views from rooms and balcony all the way north up the coast. Easy walk to all the shops, cafes, public transport, airport, SCU University.

Easy walk, ride, to Kirra / Cooly Beaches. Good Wifi, electricity, BBQ, Surfboards, skateboards, all included.

This is a one person's private room has a queen bed and a clothes drawer, desk, 4 cupboards in the hall directly outside the room all very clean and fully furnished. Also available is a small office, study, storage space.

This room is $255 per week 2 week deposit with rental agreement. ( Min stay 3 months ) or longer could be available.
