The room has a large built in wardrobe, heater and 2 generous windows which provide great natural light. Also would have use of the main bathroom which includes a bath tub.

Located off Johnston Street, the house is in transport central. It’s a 2 minute walk to Victoria Park train station and buses along Johnston St and Hoddle St. There is also plenty of street parking and is super close to Hoddle St and the Eastern Freeway.

Also super close to heaps of bike paths - Main Yarra Trail is 2 mins away.
There are heaps of food and drink places nearby – literally a 2 min walk to Lulie St Tavern, Yarra Hotel, Rita's, Dr Morse and heaps more. 10 minute walk to Smith Street, 20 min walk to Brunswick St and so close to Dight Falls and surrounding trails for a dose of nature.
