A house-sized art deco ground floor apartment in the heart of leafy Annandale!

With tall ceilings, decorative features and a homey charm the unit is located in a block of four sharing a sunny garden (with plenty of room for a little vege patch!) It is a 5 min walk to Booth Street cafes and restaurants, less than 10 min walk to the city-bound buses on Parramatta Rd and a quick drive to Coles and Harris Farm in Norton Plaza, Leichhardt.

The unit has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom plus a garage for all your storage needs.

For those that have a car there is plenty of unrestricted on-street parking. Although we have a lock up garage it is used for storage and workshop purposes as there is never a problem with parking!

Kitchen stuff is standard - gas cooking, appliances galore but sorry, no dishwasher... I do have an EPIC coffee machine though :)

You will also be living with a young Cavoodle named Pavlova who stays with me part time and loves allllll the cuddles! Please bear in mind that he is 95% of the way there with toilet training but he sometimes has accidents (a prior housemate had an issue with this so please be aware if this is something you have a problem with)

Hi I'm Maddy! I'm 28 and work in the film industry and (thanks to COVID!) also in healthcare. I study acting part-time at NIDA and love anything creative! I enjoy living a healthy lifestyle and going to the gym, live music and theatre and exploring new places in Sydney. Generally, when I'm on a film job I work very long hours so I'm not home much but when I am I would love to have a housemate who loves a debrief and a wine over some trashy TV! I appreciate the golden balance of house socialising vs privacy and so I am looking for someone who thinks the same :)

Description of pets
Pavlova is a 10 month old Cavoodle with an almost constant smile on his face. He's a toy size so doesn't get in the way and is 95% house-trained - he's still a baby so I'm working on that last 5%. He's the most friendly pup in the world and loves tennis balls and chicken.
