🏠 Room for rent - $170 p/w excluding bills.
Looking for a tenant to house share a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit in Cloverdale.
I already have 1 longterm tenant renting in master bedroom / ensuite and car bay (this tenant is female, full time worker and very easy going). The second bedroom (with its own air conditioner, double wardrobe, outdoor area and second bathroom is right next door and is not a shared bathroom) is available as of 28 June 2021. Plenty of parking available at the premises either in visitor bays or on the street. New tenant will preferably be of similar age and have a secure source of income. Will need to be respectful, tidy and reliable.

Rent is $170 per week, bills will be split 50/50 with other tenant (to be managed direct between tenants). Bond will be 4 weeks rent upfront. Current tenant already has kitchen contents and washing machine (arrangements to use their contents to be managed direct between the tenants). Unit currently has my couch there for tenants use - this is temporary and again to be well looked after whilst in your care. I may sell this in future - I will give plenty of notice for you to make your own arrangements.

Room can be either furnished or unfurnished (double bed, side tables and small draws - no difference in cost).
