About the occupants
Everyone here is respectful, courteous, clean and friendly and get along really well.
One male, works F/T in I. T.
Three females, one studying Vet Nursing, one a Business Student and one a part time Sports Coach. We are Australian, French and American. Quite the mix!
We are all over the age of 30, very sociable and friendly but well past the party house stage! Please do not apply if that's what your looking for - we like our peaceful place but that doesn't mean we don't socialise from time to time.
We are all very familiar with study demands and also the routines and requirements of working life.
Two cats live here already, so anyone who is intolerant of cats/animals or has animal allergies, would not be suitable.
Animal and music lovers are preferred here!
We would welcome a busy worker/couple or full time, committed student who is reliable, courteous, friendly, pays their rent on time, has similar interests as ours and has common sense when it comes to sharing space with others.
If you seek a comfortable place to study or to come home from work to, to relax and be social in, this might be the place for you!
Please contact Suzanne if you are interested in viewing this property or have any questions.

** Referral from past occupants -
1/12/2021 - "This is the best house ever I've rented in my life! I've been here for one year, however due to work reasons, I now have to sadly move. The house is spacious, tidy and clean in a quiet suburb. The location is very close to my Uni and stores. I really like the house design. The study table is well-designed and is great for study. The room is bright with sunlight and ventilation. The best thing here is the vibe! Suzanne and Colin are very kind and supportive. They helped me a lot with my English with great patience. They also respect tenants' personal space. Housemates are also very friendly and respectful. Everyone gets along really well. It was very comfortable and enjoyable living here and I have a lot of great memories."

28/7/2021 - “Such a lovely and welcoming household- being new to Adelaide I was needing a homely place where I felt comfortable and had enough space of my own for my studies, which is exactly what I got. My room was very spacious and cosy and the house is always neat and tidy. Suzanne and Colin are very friendly and accommodating and great to socialise with but also respect your space and privacy. This was a wonderful household to be a part of, I enjoyed my time here”
