2 bedroom Pool house granny flat. Private Pool House would ideally prefer a single or Couple who wants the entire 2-bed property to themselves ($450 deal entire place inc bills ).

This is a Modern External 2 bedroom Pool house behind a Family dwelling (privacy louvre screens now up so no ability to view pool/main house) - 2 bedroom with access to Nature Park, walkway and bike tracks behind unit.

Power and internet included as well as water!

Solar Hot water heated pool, Aircon, with modern spacious bedrooms, bathroom with laundry, and the amazing sunlit seating area outside the front of the pool house. Easy side access behind the front house. Non-smoking.

Walk to Harbourtown, shops, bus, beach only about 15 min (1.3km), and Universities very close.
