A completely self-contained studio apartment/ granny flat in Norman Park is up for rent! This is only available SHORT TERM - we have a family member coming to stay in May, so would only be able to do a very short lease. Perfect for someone who needs a place while they seek out something more permanent.

It boasts a fully kitted out kitchen with gas stove and oven, a small fridge, large bathroom, cupboard space, ceiling fans and front patio area. Plenty of street parking available.

My partner and I live upstairs, we are a young professional couple with no kids. We have one cat Beau who is very friendly :) I am a veterinarian, and my partner works in tech. The living spaces are totally separate, we would only bump into you if you're out the front when we get home, or if we run into you in the laundry! We are social, tidy, respectful and honest :)

We live a super short walk (9 mins) to the Norman Park train station, and there are bus stops nearby. There are also grocery stores, doctors, chemists, bottle-Os and post-offices within a 10 min drive. We are close to Coorparoo Square, Oxford St, Morningside Central, Woolloongabba and Camp Hill. There are cute coffee shops within walking distance (The Rabbit Hole, Grumpy Monkey), and many parks and walking trails. Its a gorgeous area.
