Description of the home

Just moments away on foot is Keilor Road, Niddrie. The house is located in a nice and quiet avenue and offers you easy access to public transport, great food, retail, cafes, shops, restaurants, gyms and the rest.

Back yard is of good size with a fire pit to relax by, with multiple separate entertaining areas inside. Home is only a few years old and a high quality build, with ducted heating and aircon.

I am in my early 30s, keep the house clean, and am friendly and outgoing and very often out and about. I enjoy a chat or a couple of drinks with housemates, and also enjoy and understand the need to just wind down with only your own company.
