Description of the home

I'm looking for a new tenant for my studio size granny flat. It has a kitchenette (no built in stove or oven), bathroom, air conditioning and space for a washing machine, as well as independent access. There is a parking space on the driveway, which is in front of the front door to the granny flat. You are welcome to use the facilities in the main house, including the kitchen, laundry, backyard and pool. The flat is unfurnished.

My ideal flatmate is in their 30's or 40's, non smoker, no pets, somewhat social but not a party animal.

Hi, I'm Kate, a 33yo Physio with a gorgeous 4yo Vizsla. I do some work from home in a separate office space. My hobbies include keeping fit and healthy, hikes, kitesurfing, catching up with friends over meals or wine, cooking, art and reading.

Olive is a 4 year old Hungarian Vizsla. She is a super happy, friendly doggo who loves being around people. Her favourite things are playing ball and swimming and when she's tired she'll curl up on or next to you for a cuddle.
