A little bit about myself. I'm a 28yr old female who works full time in healthcare.
I'd consider myself a pretty balanced mix between an introvert and extrovert. I can definitely be social and I'd love to go on adventures with my new roommate, but weeknights I like to just relax get ready for my week and watch a good doco.
I'm not into the "Party Lifestyle", I'd prefer to spend my time immersing myself into hobbies - at the moment I've started piano lessons, painting and trying to keep house plants alive.

The biggest perk about this place is its location to the beach, only 1 street back and on a quite street so you are always going to get a car park on the street.
There is also a spare room and sun room which has been set up for activities. Feel free to use these common areas for your hobbies.
