You will have your own private room + bathroom.
There isn't a parking space but you can apply for a council permit for the street.

I have pretty much everything except for a tv + couch. The unit itself is clean and modern. There is a pool and a tiny outdoor gym (nothing special at all). It is in a quiet area, only getting some noises. There is the most amazing breeze that comes through which will be great on the hotter days!!!

Ideally looking for someone around 22-32yo.

Utilities will be shared between us. Currently I don't have any internet as I can live off my phones data but when a roomie is found will get internet sorted.

If you need packing boxes I still have mine (am trying to give them away on FB but apparently no one wants them haha)
