Neat little house in the heart of Tarragindi, a friendly and incredibly quiet suburb. Fairly spacious interior, fully furnished, with good kitchen, dining room, lounge room, music room and one shared bathroom. Small patio at rear of house looking out on to back garden and wilderness beyond. Laundry underneath with some optional storage space and off street parking if required. The house is about a 10 minute drive to the city, a 20 minute ride/drive to UQ, and a 5 minute ride to Greenslopes bus station.

Bills and expenses

Gas and electricity are billed monthly and tend to be around $30-$40 per person per month, internet is fast unlimited, $80 per month split between the three of us and water comes quaterley and tends to be about $30 per person.

We're pretty flexible with housemates, so long as you're respectful and reasonably tidy we won't have any troubles. Would be great to have someone who likes to hang out from time to time but if you prefer to do your own thing that's all good.
