Description of the home

I have a great room available in a large second floor apartment in a security building with lift. The room is 4 metres by 3.5metres with the window facing south. It has a floor to ceiling mirrored built in wardrobe with double sliding doors and plenty of storage space up top. The apartment has a balcony that spans its width with brilliant wall to wall views, a dish washer, laundry and all other standard electrical items. The apartment is furnished however if you do have furniture we may be able to find space for it. I'm looking for an employed individual who is clean, tidy and respectful with share house experience.

Please note there is a construction site next door so the room would suit a morning person or somebody who wakes early for work/gym/surf as they usually start around 7am on work days. The apartment building is also completely non smoking which in the lease includes the outdoor areas. There is plenty of street parking available.

The beach and North Wollongong train station are both a short walk away. If you wish to know anything more or see the room, please contact me.
