2 bedroom Terrace in Cooks Hill close to cafe's and restaurants. There are three 'living spaces' currently used as a living room, study area and rumpus room/dining area. The downstairs has two air condition units. The kitchen is reasonably spacious and is fully equipped with a large fridge, a dish drawer and gas stove and oven. There is a washing machine in the cupboard next to the kitchen.
The backyard has a deck and is a small grass area and is great in the summer for bbqs and drinks. The garden also has a clothesline and shed.
The house is a 5 minute walk from the Newcastle Uni city precinct and is a short stroll to cafe's, bars and restaurants.

Hi I'm Josh, I'm 31 years old and have recently moved to Newcastle for work - I'm a heritage consultant working full time. I work normal business hours. I play soccer and train a few times a week and occasionally go for a surf. I try and walk my dog Milly most days. I enjoy relaxing after work and the occasional drink.

Milly is a large Maremma (Italian sheepdog) (45kg). She is placid and will sleep most of the day likes a quick run/play most days. She doesn't bark and loves a pat. She spends the day outside when I'm at work but will be inside during the evenings.
