Clean and comfortable fully furnished 3 bedroom home with an outdoor north facing garden area. Close to shops, health club and recreation centre. There's a bus stop at the end of the street which will take you to Newport or Yarraville train stations. There is also a bus stop a 5 min walk away that takes you to Spencer St station in 15min... If you have a car, you'll have a 7 minute drive to Williamstown, Yarraville, Altona beach and depending on traffic it's just 10 -15 minutes over the bridge to South Melbourne or Port Melbourne.
