Room is upstairs in a 2 bedroom townhouse, (heater/cooler new and ready to be installed ) room can fit a double but may need to arrange your own clothes storage/clothes rack. Looking ideally for someone who works the occasional different shift on and off as I dabble as a musician/producer on the side and like that odd bit of downtime to mix and record

Undercover carport off street parking available. Must be ok with pets as I currently have a very friendly female Black Labrador and male cat. Cat will be being relocated soon. Outdoor smokers ok, roommate must be clean tidy, easygoing, respectful and a good communicator. I work generally 9-5 hours.

Billie- extremely loveable and housetrained 8 year old pure bred black female labrador who's and indoor/outdoor dog very well behaved, can be a little excitable still but calms down, very happy loving dog that loves people! Her side kick is a little kitten Giselle - frenemies cat is a bit crazy but very affectionate also very well housetrained. Sleeps in laundry which is a closeable room with undercover litter area
