Other information
*For those that don’t read whole ads:
- yes it is still available
- yes if you work weekdays - no otherwise
- no if you are just passing through Melbourne
- no you may “not inspect the room” (unless you sound like you are a good fit)

Now… back to the ad:

A welcoming, comfy, queer share-‘home’ for those interested in being part of a share-home, rather than just “rent a room”. Green courtyard, great public transport - and definitely in the Gaybourhood.

Focus on eco-living with compost, garden, serious recycling, etc. And it is share-pantry (omnivore), though its probably only once a week or so we share a meal.

About the occupants
ME - left-leaning queer guy here, I work office hours (WFH 2 days) and enjoy getting to festivals/camping when I can. Occasional gardener.
Compatible people
YOU - A good fit is a queer guy who:
- has a life in Melb.- not just passing through
- is socially active
- contributes to the house and garden, not just live in a bedroom
- happy with shared pantry, proactive bills/cleaning

This place isn’t for you if you are just looking for a room rather than sharing a house; or those that need prompting with bills/cleaning.

If you think you would fit in from what you have read - please hmu with a note about what appeals, and the sort of vibe you contribute to a place.

If you msg be like "I like – when can I inspect the room" we are not a match.

Cheers :-)
