Location, location! Cute cottage in the heart of Annandale. The home may still possess some original features but has had some recent repairs including a lick of paint in the bathroom, brand new stove and new shower.
A 2-bedder which will make you feel like you're at home! The home is basically fully furnished already but happy to discuss making room for anything you'd like to bring- however the home is small and unfortunately does not come with much storage.
A beautiful leafy backyard for small entertaining with a table setting plus plenty of greenery and a selection of home grown herbs and vegetables.
Just a 1 minute walk to Booth Street which has everything on offer - supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, a garden centre, hardware store, hairdressers, beauticians etc. Catch the bus on either side to head to Newtown, Leichhardt or into the city.
Bonus - the house is not too far from Tramsheds and a little extra walk to the light rail.
There's an array of parks and waterfront areas withing walking or biking distance.

My party animal days are behind me although I like to let loose on occasion.
Mostly I spend my time catching up with friends, pottering in the garden, binge watching Netflix and indulging in a wine or two.
I also do some volunteer work on weekends.
I love to cook so you will have the benefit of sharing a meal and a glass or three of wine from time to time.
I love a chat but also respect privacy & the fact we all need a bit of down time after work 👏👏👏
I have been in this home for over 2 years and have a good relationship with the real estate & landlord, they are offering me another 12 months on the place at this BARGAIN PRICE for the inner west!
I'm looking for someone who is open to talk about any issues that arise, who wants to make this house a home.
As I am usually early to bed/ early to rise, it would be great to find someone respectful of this.
I'd like someone to become friends with and binge watch Netflix, indulge in some vino and share a few laughs.
Prefer someone working full-time, am open to shift workers.
