The cost of maintenance should be about $10/week), fast WIFI with NBN internet, and laundry room. The dining room comes with a large dining table, ping pong table and exercise bike.

The house is in a quiet street in Berkeley Vale but it's only 10 minutes drive to Ourimbah campus. It's a 1 minute walk to the bus stop and 2 minutes walk to the lake edge cycle-way.
