The bedroom is a big front-facing room that has an ornamental fireplace and a wardrobe. The room can come with or without a bed and can fit heaps of stuff in it. There would be space to put a couch or arm chair and desk in there for sure.

Hola! So my roomie recently flew back home to the states so there's a huge room in my comfy townhouse up for grabs.

The house is quite a catch, really. It's a 2 bedder located just off Victoria St near the Brewery, so is really central. It is super comfy and has all the things. Outdoor settings out the front and back, super comfy brand new modular couch, heaps of good cookware and appliances, a big TV etc. I've also got a BBQ and stuff for having ppl around.

The house is 2 minutes from three different trams and the station is just up the road. It's also smack in between a Woolworths on one side and a Coles on the other. There is so much delicious Vietnamese food at your fingertips here and the Vic is just up the Road for $5 Friday night beers. It's just a really sweet place for someone looking to live in a comfy, established place that is incredibly central.

Dog = Tiggy, 3.5yo Great Dane x German Short Haired Pointer. She is very well trained, very quiet and lazy and gentle and is just the most BEAUTIFUL thing in the world. It's an absolute treat looking after her and she is luckily all my responsibility my roomie just gets the perks of patting a dog when they feel like it!
