House nicely furnished, you're welcome to share everything. Unlimited WiFi. Washer-dryer. New 6-burner BBQ. Kitchen fully stocked with appliances, cookware etc. Off street parking available. Some lock-up storage in garage nearby.

Again, while the house is large, we're only looking for one person to move in.

Spread over three floors, the house essentially offers each housemate enough room, if not an entire floor. Both of us are quiet, clean, tidy and independent.
