We've got a room available for rent in our wonderful Alderley unit! The room is spacious, and kept cool in summer with air conditioning and a ceiling fan. It's fully equipped with a comfortable king single bed, desk, and shelving units.
Our unit is 1 of only 4 in the block, and is conveniently located 8 minutes drive from QUT Kelvin Grove, 6kms from the city, close to shops, Alderley train station and regular buses. We are on a quiet street with plenty of parking, and great neighbours!
