The room measures a massive 4m x 3.5m, easily fitting a queen sized bed and desk, has a built in wardrobe with full length mirror and a fairly newly installed fan-light combo. Obviously the photos have the current person's furniture in there but it gives a good indication of how big the room is.

Comfortable freestanding house in Banyo. The house is fully furnished other than the bedroom but there is room for extra furniture if you need it or we can work out some storage space.
We are located in a fairly quiet street close to ACU so it is perfect for the student and there is plenty of street parking. Being close to the uni, public transport is pretty decent and there is a new shopping complex that has opened up 5mins away with a Woolworths for all of your shopping needs.

About the occupants
Myself and the other housemate are both friendly and down to earth. I work 2 jobs which generally keeps me out of trouble and the other housemate is a full-time student. We are both fairly decent cooks and generally keep the place pretty clean but what we miss, Roomba usually gets for us. We have 4 chickens that run around too, so you will probably never need to buy eggs.
We are fairly social and love a drink from time to time but completely understand the need for quiet as we both have assignments and study that need to be done every now and then.
