Description of the home
The apartment features 2 bedrooms, one main with ensuite and walk in robe (taken, sorry!), another large bedroom (yours!) with a small balcony, west facing Windows, lots of inbuilt storage. The kitchen is modern and includes fridge and dishwasher. Living space is one large open plan carpeted area, with a balcony and views of Black Mountain. Plenty (heaps) of storage cupboards around the house. You would also have the main bathroom for just you (and your visitors), and there is a decent-sized study nook towards the entrance for when we need to focus.
There are two car parks underground in a secure carpark, including some storage. I'm not sure about facilities, but I hope there is a pool or gym!

I work for the government in criminal law reform, but outside of those hours I spend a lot of time training for rowing.
When I'm not doing one or the other of those things, I like spending my evenings eating a lot of food, enjoying a good wine or Whisky, and watching something humourous and easy or listening to great music from The Drones to Bach. When I'm feeling more engaged or when I have time on the weekends, I like settling in with a good book and a coffee, or riding one of my four bikes.
Ideally, I'd like to meet someone who is engaged by their work, has some sort of interest outside of work to keep them same, and who can respect personal space.
