Someone who is working full-time or (thereabouts) and who will pay bills on time and hopefully be a new friend :) Its not a party place, so totally cool if your into that, just wouldn't be the place for you. Occasional raucousness of course and having friends over for sure! Lets just not play techno until 4am :) The place doesn't have a lot of separate entertaining space but its is super close to the beach and is great for dinner parties :) But there is so much to do so close by you won't even notice.
