About the occupants
I'm Kathleen, I'm a 28yo psychologist and I've been in the house for a bit over a year now and love it! I'm working within brain injury at the moment so am usually pretty tired at the end of the day/ week. Spare time usually involves getting in some gym or a walk along the river, and cooking something yummy! Otherwise you'll often find me curled up on the couch with Netflix and some knitting. We tend to do our own cooking, and definitely enjoy a bit of quiet-yet-communal time, but also like to have a tea and chat when we're in the mood. We are an early to bed and early to rise household and are in a rather creaky house, something to be aware of if this isn't quite your rhythm!

Caitlin - Caitlin is 30 and working full time as a prep teacher. She works hard during term time, but on weekends she is always busy going off to the markets, seeing friends, or playing netball. An avid music lover there is usually good music on in the background, and as a committed footy fan you'll often hear a shout at the television on a Sunday afternoon. When we can we might get to some weekend trivia, we never win but watch that space...
Compatible people
We like a clean, friendly, quiet, calm and respectful house. So our house will suit someone who appreciates a warm and hospitable home, but also has a healthy social life away from home too. It will not suit someone who is after a room for hire, but rather someone who is happy to become part of the household and engage with us. House-proud, respectful, laid-back, active.

We would like to life with a young professional. No students please.

If this sounds like you – tell us a bit about yourself, what you do, etc. in a quick message and we can organise a time for you to come and check out the house. It’s a great place to live!
