The house is in a quiet spot, which also is in walking distance to a park and sporting facilities (oval, basketball, tennis, cricket and skatepark facilities). If you are looking to commute to the city by train, the station is minutes away while a drive into the city will only take 30 minutes with a 2 minute drive onto the Calder freeway.
