We have a room available, which is approximately 4 x 5 m in size. This room has polished timber floors and contains two large mirrored robes. The room is located at the front of the house and has an east facing window with a front garden view.

The rent is $200 per week, this is a non negotiable cost and is not inclusive of food (which you must organize yourself), power, water or gas, the totals of which are shared when they arrive.

The available room can be provided with a bed and study desk or you can bring your own furnishings.

Our home is extensively networked with easily accessed storage servers, that contain a vast media library for household entertainment. The house has extremely quick and reliable wireless connectivity throughout for access to the internet.

Our home which is deceptively small in appearance from the outside, is very spacious, tastefully furnished, contains quality fixings and modern living areas. The available room is unfurnished and you will be responsible for your individual furniture and bedding needs. The kitchen has a very large oven, 6 burner stove, new dishwasher, large fridge and stainless steel benches and appliances. The lounge has ample quality seating, large screen smart TV, home theater surround system, gaming consoles and media/entertainment technologies. The ceiling of the house has been fitted with ducted air conditioning, and there are outlet vents within every room.

Our home is in the heart of Northbridge on a tidy street that is close and in walking distance to many restaurants, pubs, clubs and public transport (bus and trains). If you have a vehicle there is off street parking for which we have permits.
