Excellent location - 10 min walk/5 min bike ride to Canning Bridge station. From there it's a 10 min train ride into the city. Good bus services too, close to Curtin Uni. 10 min drive to the city, 20 mins to Fremantle. Right opposite a large park with a lake area, plenty of space and trees and a community garden.

The house has a large outdoor area with BBQ - great for summer - spacious under cover area plus backyard. Furnished house, with equiped kitchen, washing machine, dining and lounge suites. The room we are filling is partly furnished - with a clothes rack and slat bed from pallets - you would need to supply a mattress and anything else you wanted.

About the occupants
Hi, I'm Rachael, originally from NZ (28) work full time (generally Monday - Friday) in the city and kitesurf every other spare moment I get. Generally love being outdoors, interested in travel and languages - esp French and Chinese. My housemates are Sophie (27) and Alex (27) from the UK - Alex works in music and is a drummer (practises elsewhere, not at home) and Sophie has just finished her studies to be a primary school teacher.

We are easy-going and friendly, open-minded and accepting and would look for someone similar.
