The room doesn't have windows but two doorways, one leading to a common area ( the lounge room ) and one leading to the side room (not a common area but welcome to keep door open at all times for air flow) It is about medium sized and already has a bed and side tables you can use.

Old Queenslander, huge yard and front deck area. Lots of room throughout house and underneath. Five us living upstairs and two people living downstairs. One cat and one dog, both friendly.
We are in between two train stations and two bus stops either going to city or the direction of Ipswich.
