Hi team,

A friend and I have signed the lease for a house in Abbotsford and are looking for a third housemate to fill the third bedroom. We move in on the 21st of April and have most furnishings organised to turn it into a home 🙂. All that we need is you!

The house has a spacious living area, a new(ish) kitchen, and a large backyard with laneway access. We are looking forward to decorating the backyard and starting a schmick lil vege patch. There’s 2 bathrooms both with showers, so no competition in the mornings.

Super central location, 150m from Victoria street with the 109 and 12 trams at the end of the street. Also, a short walk to Collingwood station and the Yarra.
