Large room with really comfy queen size bed, large his and her closets, large desk. Closet furniture included (shelves and wicker storage thing, even hangers) Bedroom faces the water so gets a fair amount of breeze which is lovely and has a ceiling fan.
We are including all bedding (sheets, pillow cases, blankets etc) and towels- they are all pretty much brand new.

Our house is located in Kirra, less than a 10 minute walk from the beautiful Kirra and Coolangatta beaches! The house is light and airy and located in a gated community for extra security. You will have full use of a large, open living area, kitchen and dinning space. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need- glasses, plates, pots, pans, blender, juicer etc. There is also a beautiful backyard with a covered patio and BBQ facilities! There is a washing machine and large clothes line out back.

You also have access to 2 pools and tennis courts in the complex and lots of off street parking.
There are lots of amazing resturants just down the road in Kirra and you are a 10 min walk to The Strand in Coolangatta.

Toby is orginally from Adelaide and is studying web design and working at Cafe Dbah. He loves the beach and is always heading out when there is a good surf.
