Hi guys/girls, I have a room for rent in my apartment. House is fully furnished - room has built in wardrobes and apartment is very modern, spacious and clean :)
Situated 5 mins walk from Malvern Central which has Seed, David Jones, Woolworths coffee shops, nail salon etc. Also right near Glenferrie road with lots of restaurants. I am very close to public transport but also able to get a permit for parking on our quiet street.
