Description of the home
A decent size room (3.10x3.20m + large inbuilt wardrobe) is currently available in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house, located only two minutes walk to Butler train station. Joondalup is 11 mins by train. Room is currently unfurnished but can arrange for furniture if need be.
The third bedroom won’t be rented for a while so you’ll have the second bathroom to yourself for the time being.
A car space is available in closed garage.
