The rooms on offer have large windows facing the backyard (north facing) and have built in robes. The room also has air-conditioning. The bathroom and toilet is all yours as we only use our ensuite. We also have lots of storage space if needed.

Hey there!

We are offering a choice between two rooms at our newly built home nestled in the heart of Lakelands. The house is walking distance to beautiful natural lakes and parks, as well as the nearly completed Lakelands shopping centre.

Our home is fully furnished (except for the bedroom we are offering) and has everything you need, or we can make space for you to bring your own things. The house has reverse cycle air con in every room. The house also features a large theatre room and entertaining areas, including outdoor entertaining space.

We have a large driveway and can offer a parking space in the garage if needed. The house also has wifi which is included in the rent cost.

The house is a 5 minute drive to the beach, 30 second drive from the freeway offramp, and is less than 10 minutes from Mandurah town centre and the Mandurah train station.

We are a super friendly and kind couple and are looking for someone or a couple who are laid back, clean and tidy, and enjoy a laugh. We both work full time and would like someone/couple to be working full time too.

Matt - 28, working full time in the construction services sector, outgoing guy who enjoys outdoor activities including fishing, golf, and sports.

Jasmine - 24, working part time in hospitality whilst searching for full time job in chosen career of Architecture. Happy, social, thoughtful gal who enjoys fun nights with friends, exercise and healthy eating and all things architecture.
