There is currently one room to rent. The other is occupied by a 24-year-old student. She goes to Federation Uni and works part time. This property is close to Federation University but is in a quiet, private, farm environment with plenty of private personal space, areas to study, walk, neat gardens, great and inspirational views, friendly animals and good amenities. It is air-conditioned and centrally heated.

There is a large living and dining area with built-in music system to attach a phone or MP3 player to, piano, front deck with beautiful views, large barbecue and leisure areas. Private room with private bathroom and toilet.

About the occupants
I'm a pretty chilled semi-retired former journalist who has turned to farming and country life for fun. I'm looking to fill a spare room in a large house. This is a modern, clean and tidy working farm with sheep, goats and horses. There are four friendly dogs and seven cats in this household. All the domestic animals and many of the farm animals are rescues which explains the high number. This is not a place for people who don't like animals but if you do it is a lot of fun.

I'm looking for someone who loves animals, is relaxed and looking for a neat modern room in a spacious home. The living quarters are quite separate here so everyone can do their own thing or share time if they want to. This home is LGBTI friendly.
Description of pets
As mentioned, there are Four dogs, seven cats, house sheep and goats (hand-fed) and there are sheep and goat herds on the expanses of the property. There are also two horses. This operates as a working farm.
