Simple home, but comfortable and quiet. No barking dogs. No noisy neighbours. Wooden floors, high ceilings. North facing rear garden - fabulous in winter!
Bus stop nearby, which takes you into the Perth city. If you have a car, Wembley Downs has easy access to the coast road and to the main freeway. If you like to surf, you would be close to the nearby swimming and surfing beaches, including the famous Trigg and Scarborough beaches. Shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs, bottle shops, cinemas all within easy reach. (Scarborough, Innaloo). Good local shops in walking distance.
Prices are negotiable - for the right person, depending on length of stay required.

About the occupants
I run my own small Wedding business and am pretty fit and active, going to the gym most mornings about 6am. I love Stand Up Paddleboarding; live music and simply spending time with friends. I travel a great deal in Perth's winter months, but when home I am an 'early to bed, early to rise' kind of person. (So this home probably won't suit late night pizza and party people!) However, I am pretty relaxed. I don't enjoy cooking so you would probably have the kitchen to yourself most of the time! I respect that this would be your home also, so feel free to have friends over occasionally for meals, drinks etc. As long as we are all respectful of each other, the rest comes easily.....
Compatible people
I think this home would suit someone working full time; someone who is keen to live somewhere with great access to beaches, parks, city and shops. I would like someone who will wash up after themselves and empty the washing machine after they have used it. Basics really. Other than that, I am pretty relaxed..... I have loads of testimonials from people who have stayed with me in the past, if you wish to see those.
