The house is perfect for someone looking to live close to Civic and is in a beautiful 3-bedroom heritage-listed house. It’s opposite beautiful Glebe Park, is only a short 500m walk to the Canberra Centre; 10 minutes to the Braddon cafes and restaurants and is close to bus stops to the north and south of Canberra (15 minutes to the Parliamentary Zone).

The spacious house has a large living room (with working fireplace for winter) and separate dining room, with fully polished Jarrah floorboards and there is ducted heating/cooling throughout. We also have an outdoor setting for the warmer months, and a shed with plenty of storage space. Most of the house is furnished but any extra things are welcome.

About the occupants
We are two male housemates in our mid-20s and work in the APS. We are relaxed but enjoy being active (cycling, going to the gym etc). We play a bit of music, a bit of sport, watch TV, movies and enjoy the odd video game.
