Looking for an awesome new housemate to fill the shoes of my current one who is leaving! Must be sociable, clean, reliable, be okay living with a cat and willing to go onto lease. Sorry no couples.

The room that is available is the master room. This is the largest room located at the front of the house. Room is not furnished so you need your own bedroom furniture, but the rest of the house is and has all cooking appliances, fridge, TV, washing machine etc.

Carport can be used half the time with me or street parking is available.

Located in between Jubilee Terrace and Waterworks Roads. 5 min walking distance to 3 supermarkets, gym, restaurants and shops as well as bus-stop where a 24hr Ashgrove/city glider bus stops.

Price is slightly more than half rent due to furnishings belonging to me (for wear and tear etc) and having the master room.

To arrange an inspection with me and so I can meet you, please get in contact with me! Room is available as of the end of August.

Please note that half the bond is payable upfront as well as 2 weeks rent.
