Over just moved to Coomera and into a brand new 4 bedroom property looking for another house mate or 2 to join me.

House is fully furnished. (Couches, TV, kitchen ware, cooking gear, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, etc). Bedrooms not furnished.

On offer is the main room with ensuite and walk in robe or one of these other 3 rooms with built in cupboards.

Had a nice sized yard good open planed living. Plenty of street parking available.

House is brand new I'm The first Tenant in here.

Pet considered in application and upon meeting (has to get along with my border collie. She is a friendly pup and gets along well with others but is often shy and intimidated but other pets.

I have a border collie pup. She's a terror ATM but she's also the friendliest pup. Loves everyone and is likely to lick you to death if you let her.
