2 bedroom apartment, located in Auchenflower just a few minutes drive from the city. The apartment has broadband internet, and off street parking is available. It's in a really good location with a train station up the road, a bus stop less than 2 minutes walk away and Milton Ferry terminal is only a few minutes walk away as well. There's a 24 hour service station around the corner.

The apartment itself is a little bit old, but it's still pretty cosy. There are no ceiling fans or air conditioning so in summer it gets a bit hot, but being on the 5th floor there is usually a nice breeze and using a pedestal fan is usually enough. You can see the river from the balcony and there is a Jetts Gym directly across the street. It's a pretty quiet building and there's never really any noise from the neighbours. A key is required to enter the building so it's quite safe. There is secure basement parking available also

I don't like walking on eggshells so a degree of openness would be preferred. Someone who will pitch in with cleaning every now and then would be good too. I want to live with someone who will respect my personal space, but also someone that I can hang out with at home sometimes. Someone who is willing to make the effort to be friends.
