I’m about the purchase a brand new four bed two bath house in East Devonport. I’m moving down from NSW to Tasmania to work and then retire. The offer for accommodation is reliant on the right person being a dog lover. The home has views from East Devonport around to Hawleys Beach, and 180degrees of Bass Strait.

It is a brand new home, Internet will be connected via the NBN, but no land line phone for the tenants use. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes I am offering a choice of bedroom 3 or 4, bedroom one is mine and I need space for an office. There is a downstairs toilet and bathroom inside the garage.
