Upstairs features polished floorboards and 2 fantastic bedrooms – with built in robes. Your own bathroom, with shared laundry. Split system heater and air conditioners in both bedrooms and the living area.
We have recently secured the lease and are looking for a housemate to share this with us. We won't be moving in till 16/12 but would like to meet up before then. We have minimal furniture so if you can bring something to the party that's a bonus!!

About the occupants
Alex and I moved to Melbourne at the start of the year and have loved exploring what's happening around town. I work in marketing, for an advertising agency and Alex is a Mechanical Plumber who loves sport, is passionate about health, fitness and well being, but also loves a few cold ones on the weekend. We keep it relatively quiet throughout the week as we are busy with work and like to get to gym each day. But definitely enjoy a wine, eating out and socializing over the weekend.
