Broadbeach Waters

Description of the home

On the water in Broadbeach Waters with easy access to transport and close to shopping, casino, restaurants, beach, gym with plenty of options for exercise. It's a large 3 bedroom house with one room available for the right person. Only myself and my dog. Must be ok with larger dogs. He is well trained and he is with me a lot outside of work if I can take him. Most of the house is furnished so someone with minimal furniture would be better.

No couple's.

The room offered is a larger room with large wardrobe. The room can cater for queen bed, side tables, a study table, a cest and still have room for other items. A large closet. It has a sliding door to the back yard with water views but is not needed to access the house. Bed and furniture in photo are to size room and if someone may need them but not required to stay. A separate bathroom to bedroom for your use but may need to be used by guest at times but very minimal use from others. Washer and dryer provided. Person applying must be tidy and be organised. The house is relatively clean and needs to stay that way.

Garage is my space and is not available. Living room is furnished and not needing any more.

Must be ok with larger breed dog. He has access in side and is friendly, loving and protective of the home. He loves children, people and other dogs. Cats not so much. Lol. But he's well trained and will do as you ask. No additional pets and will not be considered.

Bills and expenses

House chores are to be shared, lawn mowing is covered by myself. Electricity, internet and water are included but not to be abuse the privilege and be mindful of it's usage.
