3 x 2, 5 minutes walk from the beach. Home features theatre room with tv and open living dining/ kitchen with tv. Two fridges, and extra pantry space. 2 bedrooms available. One is furnished with a double bed and 2 bedsides. One room is not furnished.
This would suit someone with out a lot of extra stuff. There is not a lot of room for storage.
Close to train station and supermarkets in a community spirited suburb. One spot for garage parking. Driveway or front of house, off the street parking.

I have a 2 year old groodle who is like a toddler. She is super sweet, can be quite playful, loves to play catch, play with other dogs and trips to the beach. She is an inside dog and an attention seeker, she doesn’t shed ( does need to be brushed). Your socks and jocks are not safe if they are left out but she is so adorable you will fall in love with her the moment you meet her.
