We live in a beautiful 1920's Queenslander in the heart of Ashgrove. The house is elevated allowing great ventilation, there's excellent natural lighting and the block is large and leafy with a very private feel. Very convenient location being 3 min walking distance to bus stops, Coles, Woolworths, Aldi and many coffee shops in the Ashgrove precinct.

Spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom with open plan living/dining/kitchen. The large kitchen has recently been renovated and includes a dishwasher, extra large oven, gas stove top and ample bench space. The bathroom includes a spa bath and there is a second toilet downstairs. Fully furnished house but we are happy to store our spare bedroom furniture underneath the house if you have your own.

Hey there! We are a happy, sociable, easy going couple (Kade & Amelia) looking for a fun, clean and respectful housemate to share our lovely home with. We are 35 and 25 and have full time jobs in the city, 8-5 Mon-Fri, however there are occasions where we'll work from home. We generally keep quite active Monday-Thursday and like to catch up with family and friends over the weekend. Happy to have a glass of wine and a chat at night but also understand the importance of personal space.
