Description of the home
Spacious granny flat with private living space, fully furnished and ready for immediate occupancy, located in a leafy part of Ashgrove. Close to cafes, shops, parks, bush walks and cycle-ways. Bus into the city is less than 100m away. 5km to city by road or creek path/cycleways.
Our family (we're a married couple with a 3 year old son) occupies the upper level connected by external stairs. Your self-contained private living space is located on the ground floor, accessed from the rear via a side passageway or via the garage with home gym (good constant reminder to workout). The main room has 2 x sofa beds, which would be ideal for visiting friends or family.
You will preferably be looking for private independent living, but enjoy the occasional interactions that will come with living in our family home.
Pets considered, however cats will probably be a no go as we have a highly territorial cat ourselves.
