I am relocating to Newcastle in late Febraury and I am presently looking to take a lease over a house, ideally within walking distance to the Newcastle CBD or, the beach. I am looking in the following suburbs: Cooks Hill, Merewether, Newcastle East, The Hill. I'm not excluding Hamilton from my search. The house will be of a relatively high standard. I am looking for a weekly rental cost of between $450 and $550 split between 2 people. The house will most likely have 2 or 3 bedrooms and a backyard area as I have a dog. Most of the house will be furnished, except for the other bedroom/s.

As I am relocating to Newcastle after living in country NSW, I am hoping to find a property where I can enjoy the beach/city lifestyle that Newcastle offers.

She's an amazing guard dog, but would never bite. She will just let you know if someone is around. She's super smart and very loving and affectionate once she knows and trusts you. She's outside most of the time, and generally inside when i'm home.
