Queen size bedroom with private bathroom and toilet for rent in a three by two fully furnished, recently build, stand alone unit. The house is situated at the end of a driveway in a quiet street of Doubleview 5 minutes drive from Scarborough beach and 5 minutes drive from Osborne Park.
The bedroom is queen size, there is a build in wardrobe and can come furnished or not. There is a spare room as well that is kept as studio/storage/guest room. There is plenty of space in the house plus an additional outside storage room for your surfboard if you own one. The house is fully furnished from the clothing racks to washing machine and aircon. Spacious kitchen with gas stove and big TV lounge for relaxing time. There is an outside undercover area with table and chairs for entertaining summer bbq. Undercover car park is provided.

The beaches, the sun, the wind, camping, kitesurfing and scuba, the markets with those amazing coffees and food stalls! So much to do!
I work in the slab fabrication industry building kitchen tops, bathroom vanities stair cases, fire places, etc... everything related the stone fabrication. My days start early so the house its QUIET in the evenings, plus sometimes I go work to remotes areas in WA for a week or two ones every month or two so I'm not at home all the time.
I love kitesurfing, scuba dive and all the water activities in general. And ski, and snowboarding trips, hiking and biking! I try to keep my self active join my friends in different social and sport activities. But I like rainy, lazy days on the sofa watching tv and eating junk food too!!
Occasionally I like to share a meal with my house mates when it's possible, with a glass of red or white wine (Depending on the Menu!).
I'm a clean and tidy person that takes care of his own stuff and respect other people propriety.
A clean environment, drama free person it's what I'm looking for. This is not a party house.
You must be reliable and self supporting.
A good sense of humor and easygoing would be perfect.
